Responsibility in projektHOTEL

In the projecthotel it is the one who creates information, who is responsible of making this piece of information available to the other parties of the project. In practice, this takes place by sending (uploading) the piece of information (the document) to the projecthotel.

However, it is the individual project participant, who is responsible for the available information on the projecthotel. The system contains a number of facilities (advice etc. via e-mail), which makes it easy to keep oneself informed. 

The individual documents are ”owned” by the persons, who have uploaded them to the project hotel. In this way it is always possible to see, who is responsible for the document. 

All in the same subject group may correct, however, they will then take over the responsibility of the document !

This will solve a lot of legal problems in connection with digital exchange of data.
