The
advantages with projectHOTEL
All the project documents of mutual interest, in the form of letters,
information, notes, reports, descriptions, drawings, financial
reports, etc. are available one place in digital form. When you as administrator has defined the Structure
(see this menu point), the control of document takes place
automatically and interactively, which saves you time and money.
Only valid documents in the latest revision are available – however,
as administrator you can always get access to filed or obsolete
documents. Unlimited number of users, who are admitted rights to the individual
types of documents (no access – only read access – or both
read and write access). Quick
communication between the parties of the project. (When the document
has been uploaded to the projecthotel, it is at once available
to the other parties – no matter where they are geographically
– on condition of their rights)
You
don't have to provide special software
– i.e. no extra costs. A PC with Internet access is all
you need.
No
more paper in form of covering letters or envelopes and no
more delivery costs.
Document
information gives you a quick access to see, what the documents
contain, etc. It
is possible to go through/display and print out documents,
without unloading them. It saves you data capacity locally and
time.
Information
