The structure in the projectHOTEL

When a project is established on the projecthotel, a project responsible is appointed (administrator).

 

The structure in the projecthotel is very flexible, as it is the project responsible, who in principle defines the structure (types of documents and phases).

 

The administrator has access to the administration part of the project data base and is able to establish:

   subject groups, particularly the companies or groups,

   to which the users belong.

   users, who must have access to the data base.

   Each user is connected to the subject group, which 

   he/she is a member of.

   types of documents as e.g. drawings,  notes, reports,

   letters and information.

   Division, which is a sub-division of the types of

   documents.

Unlimited number of subject groups, users, types of documents and divisions.

 

The individual users, who are admitted rights to the  single document types (no access, read access or read and write access).

 

All documents remain in the data base, also when new corrections are made (the ”old” documents are filed).

 

In this way there is always a documentation of the documents, which have been available in the data base and when.

 

All transactions are registered in a log, to which the administrator has access.
